		<description><![CDATA[I totally agree with what you said that you should plan your lessons to get the desired results. A good teacher knows how to prepare in advance and makes sure that he is able to meet his students&#039; expectations. It is always recommended to use a planner and make sure to follow the schedule indicated as much as possible. If I were teaching ESL class, I would definitely make sure to follow a strict schedule based on my planner. Thanks.]]></description>
